My car was supposed to be collected at 08.00, perhaps too early! I had to make three phone calls to find out what was going on, the first at 08.40. No communication from John Darke at all. Not happy! My car was eventually collected at 10.30. When returned it was obvious that there hadn't been time for the normally immaculate valet. This was explained by the valeter, who said that he hadn't been able to finish his work as they wanted my car in the work shop. Obviously due to the very late collection
